حذف حساب «سوبر رشاقتي»
تطبيق «سوبر رشاقتي» — المطوّر: ALI HAMEED MEEKHAN MEEKHAN
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتحي التطبيق وسجّلي الدخول.
- اذهبي إلى حسابي، ثم اضغطي القائمة ⋮.
- اختاري الإعدادات ← الحساب والدخول.
- اضغطي حذف حسابي نهائياً وأكّدي.
الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد (إذا لم يعد التطبيق عندكِ)
أرسلي رسالة من نفس البريد المسجّل في التطبيق إلى:
support@superrashaqaty.com
بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب». نتحقق أن الطلب صادر من صاحبة الحساب، ثم نحذفه خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى ونرسل لكِ تأكيداً.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الحساب والبريد المرتبط به.
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم، سنة الميلاد، الطول، الهدف، الوزن المستهدف، المحافظة، والصورة.
- سجلات الوزن والقياسات والوجبات والماء والتمارين والمفضّلة.
- اشتراكات الأندية، والإشعارات، والصور التي رفعتِها.
- عند الحذف من داخل التطبيق تُمسح أيضاً البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز.
ما الذي قد يبقى
- سجلات الطلبات من المتاجر (المنتج والسعر والاسم والرقم والعنوان المكتوب في الطلب): تبقى لأغراض محاسبة التاجر، مفصولةً عن حسابكِ.
- سجلات الأمان وعمليات الإدارة: تبقى ما دامت ضرورية للحماية من إساءة الاستخدام.
- رسائل الدعم والبلاغات التي ما زالت قيد المراجعة.
إذا كان حسابكِ مرتبطاً بمتجر أو نادٍ، راسلينا أولاً لإغلاقه وتسوية حساباته، ثم يُحذف الحساب.

Delete your Super Rashaqaty account
App: Super Rashaqaty — Developer: ALI HAMEED MEEKHAN MEEKHAN
Option 1: inside the app (immediate)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap the ⋮ menu.
- Choose Settings → Account and sign-in.
- Tap Delete my account permanently and confirm.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)
Send an email from the address registered in the app to
support@superrashaqaty.com
with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days at most, and send you a confirmation.
What is deleted
- The account and its email address.
- Your profile: name, birth year, height, goal, target weight, governorate and photo.
- Weight, measurement, meal, water, workout and favourites records.
- Gym subscriptions, notifications and photos you uploaded.
- Deleting from inside the app also clears the data saved on the device.
What may be kept
- Records of store orders (item, price, and the name, phone and address written in the order): kept for the merchant's accounting, detached from your account.
- Security and administration logs: kept as long as needed to prevent misuse.
- Support messages and reports still under review.
If your account is linked to a store or gym, contact us first to close it and settle its accounts; the account is then deleted.
